Busy Contracting Company seeking an Administrator / Coordinator. Candidate must be well organized, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Duties would include:
- Performing various administrative duties
- Data Entry
- Sourcing Materials for the work crew
- Creating / Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
- Timesheet Reconciliation for field crews
- Requesting underground utility locates and maintaining their validity
- Obtaining electrical & road occupancy permits
- Invoice preparation and accurate work progress tracking
- Coordination between field crews and project manager
- On occasion pick up and deliver materials to job site
- Maintain equipment maintenance records
The ideal candidate for this position would have working experience in the construction environment and maintain a valid driver's license.
Hours: Regular Office Hours Monday -Friday, 40hrs weekly
Wages: $1,000.00 Weekly
