Busy Contracting Company seeking an Administrator / Coordinator. Candidate must be well organized, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.

 

Duties would include:

  • Performing various administrative duties
  • Data Entry
  • Sourcing Materials for the work crew
  • Creating / Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
  • Timesheet Reconciliation for field crews
  • Requesting underground utility locates and maintaining their validity
  • Obtaining electrical & road occupancy permits
  • Invoice preparation and accurate work progress tracking
  • Coordination between field crews and project manager
  • On occasion pick up and deliver materials to job site
  • Maintain equipment maintenance records

 

The ideal candidate for this position would have working experience in the construction environment and maintain a valid driver's license.

 

Hours: Regular Office Hours Monday -Friday, 40hrs weekly

Wages: $1,000.00 Weekly
